I'm back!!
Not a big deal I just decided to take over a year break from blogging! I guess that's what happens when you move back to Canada, have a baby then move to California. Lots of exciting things have happened in our lives, Dev started Chiropractic school in September and our baby Dior just turned 1 on February 2! Here's some pictures of us lately!

You guys are just the cutest family. I can't believe Dior's one! I miss that cutie. and I miss you guys! I love seeing all of your healthy recipes! It makes me feel more motivated! I have only been on the Paleo diet for a week and a half, and i feel like i have lost more weight in that amount of time than in a long 6 week workout program! I love it. Post a lot of recipes! I can't wait to check back and see what new creations you have! Love you chels!
